Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for the Accounting and Administrative functions of the company;
and assist in the timely production of financial reports.
- Handle
full set of accounts for the company from data entry to monthly
report generation.
- Ensure
proper accounting documentation and filing.
- Issue
invoice and handle simple AR collections
- Ensure
proper monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts.
- Prepare
letter of credit, trust receipt and other bank letters.
- Ensure
GST compliance and prompt reporting to statutory boards.
- Prepare
monthly, quarterly and yearly statistics as required by statutory
boards.
- Prepare
audit schedules for annual audit purposes.
- Assist
in general administrative support including telephone answering
and ad-hoc tasks that arises from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma
in Accounting, CAT/ ACCA Level 2.
- Proficient
in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Min
1 year of relevant experience in keeping full set of accounts.
- Strong
organizing and communication skills.
